We are reopening our shop

Our shop will reopen on Friday 3rd July 2020 at 10am. Because it’s a relatively small area, we can only welcome our visitors one household at a time, maximum two adults (kids obviously welcome, but if you’re The Waltons, you may need to take it in turns!)

We will have hand sanitiser at the door, and more at the counter. In order to save us from having to clean down all handled stock, and to allow you to browse and pick up at your leisure, please make use of the hand sanitiser before entry. We have really nice stuff that, once the initial burst of alcohol has gone, leaves a lovely scent and has Aloe Vera in so it won’t dry out your hands!

The First Minister has announced that it will be mandatory to wear face coverings in shops from 10th July. We would appreciate it, if you have one with you, to wear it from tomorrow when in the shop. Mo and Kath will wear visors when at the counter.

We have invested in dedicated ‘Point of Sale’ equipment, with contactless payment or a stylus to input your PIN on screen so you don’t have to handle anything (stylus will be sanitised between customers). We would prefer not to handle cash at this time, but if this is your only option, of course we will accommodate you.

We hope you’ll appreciate that we have taken every possible step to protect both our staff and our customers, and we thank you for your co-operation in following the guidelines.

Tullybannocher Cafe has a fabulous new Takeaway window operational now, and the Garden Centre and Gift Shop are open too, so there’s plenty to do while you’re here.

We look forward to welcoming you back to MoKa Pottery soon.

We Are Open!

It’s that time of year again! Creative Studios all over Perthshire and Kinross-shire are opening their doors to the public.

And, because we are mid-move, you get not one, but two venues from MoKa Pottery this year. We have our shop fully stocked – at our home for the last five years – at historic Cultybraggan Camp.

Our weekend “Make A Mug” workshops that were a big hit last year will be held at our new studio premises at Tullybannocher. We are located in the grounds of the garden centre, and there is a cafe on site as well as a lovely gift shop, so it’s well worth a visit.

We hope you will pop in and see us. We are open at Cultybraggan every day during the Open Studios period, from 10am to 5pm and we have Make A Mug workshops scheduled for 12 noon and 3pm (lasting approx 2 hours each) on both Saturdays and Sundays during Open Studios.

Make a Mug Workshop sessions are limited to four places, so do please book in advance to secure your spot. Normal price is £30 but we have a POS Special price of £25 per person, £45 for two people booking together.

We have some other great offers at Cultybraggan because of the move, so pop in and grab something special for your home, or a gift for someone else, this week.
